My approach to coaching is based on the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies. Through thought provoking conversations, I use frameworks and tools to facilitate change in an individual’s behavior or thinking, to move them forward.
The partnership begins with an initial conversation about your understanding of coaching and what you hope to achieve from the coaching. Following this, a pre-coaching questionnaire may be completed by the client to ensure the full context of the coaching is understood.
